Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through an exceptional experience when renovating their home
  • Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, and building codes
  • Prepare detailed construction cost estimates, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet milestones and completion dates
  • Provide clear direction to team members to achieve project targets
  • Facilitate project meetings and proactively identify solutions to support ongoing projects
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, materials, and billing
  • Maintain a professional and organized work site.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience successfully managing all phases of a construction project from initiation to completion.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Proficiency in construction management software tools and current technology
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient building technology and techniques
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full Time
  • Starting Salary at $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Three weeks of Vacation per year.
  • Paid Holidays.
