We are seeking a skilled Renovation Carpenter to join our team. Carpenters work indoors and outdoors, sometimes in tight spaces, and must be able to adapt to the conditions and circumstances. They work with various hand tools and must keep their worksite in a clean, safe condition. The Carpenter may at times need to deal with customer requests, questions, and inquiries in a polite and business-like manner.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks in residential and light commercial construction projects.
- Manage job sites, including coordinating with employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain a high level of product quality, site production, and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot issues that arise during the renovation process.
- Adhere to Alberta Building codes and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Interact and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rough and finish carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and various trades involved in renovation projects.
- Proficiency in demolition, framing, basic HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing, underlayment, drywall, flooring installation, and finish carpentry.
- Familiarity with Alberta Building codes and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job.
- Physically fit and able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting up to 60lbs unassisted, bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
- Must be able to safely use manual and power tools.
- Must have own basic carpentry tools and reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license and cell phone.
- Must pass a drug test for future projects.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full Time
- Starting Salary at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
