Responsibilities:

Able to problem solve and troubleshoot.

Knowledge of construction methods and various trades such as demolition, framing, basic HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing, underlayment, drywall, flooring installation, finish carpentry (baseboards, casing, crown, cabinet installation, windows, door and minor siding installation).

Quality control experience and knowledge of Alberta Building codes

Ability to interact and communicate well with the Clients, Project Manager and Sub trades through the job.

Self-motivated and independent worker with attention to detail


Skills and requirements:

Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting up to 60lbs unassisted, bending, standing, climbing or walking. Must be able to safely use manual and power tools.

Must have own basic carpentry tools and reliable transportation

Must pass a drug test, hold a valid drivers license, and provide own cell phone.


Compensation:

Pay based on experience and capabilities.
